By accessing or using Faresort, you confirm your eligibility and agreement to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. Faresort provides a high-velocity financial interface for urban transit, bridging passengers and logistics providers through a unified payment ecosystem.
User Obligations

- Maintain a valid balance for all transit transactions initiated via the Faresort platform.
- Verify the vehicle identity and driver credentials before boarding to ensure safety.
- Refrain from any fraudulent activity, including payment reversals for completed rides.

- Ensure all provided licensing and insurance documentation is current and authentic.
- Adhere to the predetermined fare structures set within the Faresort high-velocity engine.
- Maintain professional conduct and vehicle standards as mandated by local transit regulations.
Payment Processing
Faresort utilizes advanced fintech protocols to facilitate real-time transactions. By linking a payment method, you authorize Faresort to process charges for transit services, applicable service fees, and any necessary tax obligations.

Funds are captured and settled immediately upon ride confirmation.
Secure Vaulting
Credit card and bank data are tokenized and never stored on our servers.
Fare Adjustments
Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.

Liability & Indemnity
Faresort acts as an intermediary platform and is not a transportation provider. Consequently, Faresort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the performance (or lack thereof) of third-party transit providers.
"In no event shall Faresort’s aggregate liability exceed the total amount of service fees paid by you to Faresort during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim."
Users agree to indemnify and hold Faresort harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms or violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
Faresort reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the Faresort community.
